Alpha Delta Pi sisters want to come together for a fun and challenging sisterhood event at a hot Pilates studio, strengthening their bonds while pushing through an intense, sweat-filled workout. The heated session tested their endurance, flexibility, and strength, but with plenty of laughter and encouragement, they supported each other every step of the way. After powering through the class, they cooled down with post-workout refreshments, sharing conversations about wellness, balance, and sisterhood. Whether experienced or first-time Pilates-goers, everyone left feeling empowered, connected, and ready for their next adventure together.
