The Art of the Meal is the Office of First-Generation Student Success' premier event for first-gen week. During the event students will learn best practices in networking and luncheon etiquette with local employers. 
 
Please join us for a special luncheon designed to connect students with local employers while learning the art of professional dining and conversation. This event will feature Mimi Meister, a local community leader and etiquette expert, who will guide participants in navigating meals with confidence and professionalism.
Students will be seated at round tables with 1–2 employers and encouraged to practice the skills of mingling, asking thoughtful questions, and building meaningful professional connections all in a relaxed dining setting.
 
This unique opportunity will help students strengthen their networking skills, gain insights from industry leaders, and leave with greater confidence in professional social situations.
