Innovation Village Apartments - Lobby

This program is designed to help residents relax while also learning the importance of self-care and healthy relationship building. Residents will enjoy calming music and light refreshments while participating in a guided painting activity that encourages creativity and reflection. While painting their favorite designs, they will also engage in conversations and interactive activities that highlight key aspects of building strong connections, such as demonstrating communication skills that foster respect, practicing strategies to manage and resolve conflict in a positive way, and enhancing personal boundaries to support safe and supportive relationships. By blending art, relaxation, and interactive learning, this program empowers residents to strengthen both their personal well-being and their ability to build healthy, lasting relationships.
