Join us for an exciting evening at the FAU Gym as we present "Kickboxing & Wellness Night," a special event in collaboration with IVAN’s 8th, 6th, and 5th floor residents. This exciting community gathering is designed to bring everyone together for an hour of high-energy kickboxing led by a certified instructor. Whether you're new to kickboxing or have experience, this class will provide an engaging and effective workout that focuses on cardio, strength, and fun techniques.
