Mark your calendars for Wimberly PAWS (Pet Away Worry and Stress) event in the Wimberly Library lobby. Stop by to spend time with K9 Nala, a therapy dog provided by Florida Atlantic PD, and get tips on battling exam-related stress and anxiety from Owls Care services. Enjoy the crafts table with themed coloring sheets and inspirational messages and take a moment to relax and de-stress.
The events are a collaboration between University Libraries, FAU PD, and Owls Care, promoting self-care, mental health resources, and de-stressing techniques to students, faculty, and staff.
