Currently Zoom recordings designated for import to Mediasite are not being imported. OIT is aware and is investigating the problem with the vendor. Recordings can still be uploaded manually in the web interface.

Research Computing’s last-generation Virtual desktop Infrastructure (vhealth.fau.edu) is currently offline. We have identified the problem and are working to resolve it. Our new generation VDI is currently online and working as expected.

Mediasite will be updating the Mediasite Video Cloud to the latest release during the scheduled maintenance window on April 6, between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Extended downtime is not expected. However, Mediasite may be unavailable for brief periods during this time.
