All services were restored at 9AM this morning. The team has confirmed that all point of sale systems are functional, and access to dining service systems is now restored. The incident is now closed.

ORIGINAL:

We have several dining services systems that are currently experiencing connectivity issues, and are not working correctly. We have identified the source of most of the issues and we are working on it right now.

Zoom -> Mediasite Imports offline
Currently Zoom recordings designated for import to Mediasite are not being imported. OIT is aware and is investigating the problem with the vendor. Recordings can still be uploaded manually in the web interface.

Health Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
Research Computing’s last-generation Virtual desktop Infrastructure (vhealth.fau.edu) is currently offline. We have identified the problem and are working to resolve it. Our new generation VDI is currently online and working as expected.

Mediasite Update
Mediasite will be updating the Mediasite Video Cloud to the latest release during the scheduled maintenance window on April 6, between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Extended downtime is not expected. However, Mediasite may be unavailable for brief periods during this time.
