The April Fitness Challenge

The end of the semester is approaching and summer is right around the corner, and what better way to prepare for the break than a fitness challenge. With that being said, we would like to invite all members of Owl Wellness and members of the FAU Community to partake in a month long fitness challenge where we set out to create a fun, but motivating way of achieving each individuals short term, and long term fitness goals.  Some activities that will take place during this challenge will be: Regular walks around the FAU campus  gym/lifting sessions rock climbing  bowling night a beach day
