Our service called clean address is currently experiencing issues. Any pages that use this product to sanitize addresses are impacted. Two areas with most use are:
- The Personal Information Update Page ( https://myowl.fau.edu/contact/personalInformation/index)
- Banner Admin SPAIDEN screen, adding new users or updating addresses for existing users.
Pages may not load correctly. We are working on a temporary fix for the Personal Information page, and we are working with our vendor to restore the service.
Latest System & Network Status
- Zoom -> Mediasite Imports offlineCurrently Zoom recordings designated for import to Mediasite are not being imported. OIT is aware and is investigating the problem with the vendor. Recordings can still be uploaded manually in the web interface.
