Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Please join us for free bi-monthly yoga classes! Grounded in breath (Pranayama) and accessible movement (Asana), with a healthy dose of meditation, this class is an opportunity to focus on the mind-body connection through a trauma-informed practice. Great for ALL bodies, ALL abilities, ALL levels. Beginners and practiced yogis welcome. Yoga mats and blocks are available as needed - just bring yourself!Mark your calendars for the 2nd and 4th Mondays from January through April!
