Founders’ Day is a cherished celebration honoring the women who established Alpha Delta Pi and the lasting legacy they created. It’s a time for sisters, both past and present, to reflect on the values of our sorority, recognize our achievements, and strengthen our bond through sisterhood traditions.  Jewel Degree is a special ceremony in Alpha Delta Pi that symbolizes a sister’s lifelong commitment to the sorority.
