- Sep 118:30 AM9/11 MEMORIAL CEREMONY and STADIUM STAIR CLIMB FITNESS CHALLENGEPlease join the FAU Police Department, Division of Student Affairs, and FAU - U.S. Army Reserve Officer Training Corps for our 9/11 MEMORIAL CEREMONY and STADIUM STAIR CLIMB FITNESS CHALLENGESEPTEMBER 11, 2025 | THURSDAY | 8:30 A.M.This ceremony will be followed by a stair climb fitness challenge in remembrance of the 2,976 people who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. The Flagler Credit Union Stadium stair climb challenge will be a 10-round, 2,050 step ascent, symbolizing the 110 floors ascended by First Responders in the World Trade Center towers. For those who desire additional challenge, come with your weight vest, and field or duty gear.
