- 12:00 PM1d 10hStudent Leadership Summit 2025The First ITE Student Leadership Summit in Florida was held at the University of Florida in 2018. The summits are entirely planned by students, for students. Through the promotion of leadership and professional development, these events aim to guide future transportation professionals. Approximately 100 students, both undergraduate and graduate, typically attend the one to three day events. In addition, ITE’s professional members typically provide support through sponsorships and participation in the summit’s program. Since the first student leadership summit, there have been 12 student leadership summits hosted by ITE student chapters around the U.S., Canada, and with the ITE Australian and New Zealand Chapter. More than 1,000 students have participated in these events. They are a source of great pride for both our students and professional members, helping to grow the number of transportation professionals across the world. In 2025, the ITE Student Chapter at Florida Atlantic University, will host the Student Leadership for the first time ever.
