Attendees will gain insights into new rules for I-9 verification, filing fee increases, form changes, and procedural changes to employment authorization applications for non-immigrant dependents (e.g., H-4, L-2, and E). Finally, this presentation will also explore the potential changes and impact of the incoming new U.S. Presidential Administration and what that means for FAU and its employees/students.
