Based on field research trips and interviews with Lebanese, Syrians and Israelis, Dr. Rabil will share some of the confidential Israel-Lebanon negotiations. He will underscore the danger of war as well as the prospects of stability in this highly tense and politically, militarily, and historically complicated area of the world.
