We are currently investigating some users having issues connecting to BHRIC Virtual Desktops. We will check back in on or around 1pm as we learn more.

Our service called clean address is currently experiencing issues. Any pages that use this product to sanitize addresses are impacted. Mediasite appears to have returned to normal operations. Engineers will continue to monitor the situation and OIT will update as the issue warrants.

Users may experience long loading times and error messages when attempting to access Mediasite and Mediasite presentations. Engineers are investigating the issue now and OIT will provide updates as they become available.
