- Oct 212:00 PMYoga For All At The Robin Rubin CenterClass Description: Campus Rec, in partnership with The Robin Rubin Center For Happiness & Life Enhancement within the Sandler School of Social Work. All Levels Yoga takes students from movement to movement at a slower to moderate pace. This class is more physically demanding than Gentle Yoga, but allots more time to cuing and breaking down postures than Power Yoga. This relaxing and challenging workout is a combination of breathing, muscular strength and endurance, balance, coordination and other stress-management techniques.About the instructor:Name: Alexa Francis Hometown: Lake Worth, FL Class Formats: Yoga Fav.
