Class Description: Campus Rec, in partnership with The Robin Rubin Center For Happiness & Life Enhancement within the Sandler School of Social Work. All Levels Yoga takes students from movement to movement at a slower to moderate pace. This class is more physically demanding than Gentle Yoga, but allots more time to cuing and breaking down postures than Power Yoga.
