Friday, April 19, 2024 12:00–12:30 PM
- DescriptionIn an increasingly fast-paced world, it becomes even more important for us to create space each week for personal reflection. To pause. To breathe.
When it comes to cultivating a robust self-care practice, consistency is key! Use these 30-minute meditation sessions each week to reconnect, reenergize, and recommit to yourself as you wind down your work week and transition to the weekend!
These sessions are open to students, staff, faculty, and community members, so please feel free to share this opportunity with friends and colleagues who might benefit. - Websitehttps://calendar.fau.edu/event/friday_meditation_pause_breathe_reenergize_6941
