- Apr 3012:00 PMFree Gentle Yoga at College of NursingJoin a free Gentle Yoga Class every Tuesday this April at the College of Nursing. Geared specifically for those new to yoga or those interested in gentle practice, the classes incorporate simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignments, strength, and balance. The classes are held in person in Room 115, College of Nursing Building, and on Zoom. No experience is required.
