Data Engineering Hackathon for Precision MedicineKickoff event: Friday, February 7 at 4:00pm in EE 106Hackathon: Friday, February 28 at 5:00pm to Saturday, March 1 at 5:00pm.Three top teams receive up to $10,000 in cash prizes. Judges will determine the prize amounts.Data engineering workflows are critical for the handling of and knowledge generation from contemporary massive datasets, yet when tackling problems in precision medicine the datasets are often characterized as enormous, unstructured, biased, sparse, and consisting of private and sensitive information, which present significant hurdles! Participate in this hackathon to learn, explore, and win prizes!
