Hey Owls! Fall semester is flying by—we’re already six weeks in 😲
So… how are you really doing?
On September 30, swing by a Health Flex: Who’s Next activity and take a few minutes for a personal vibe check:
- Are you still rocking those healthy habits?
- Do you have any new routines? Are they helping or just adding chaos?
No judgment—just a chance to pause, reflect, and make sure you’re taking care of you. Because your well-being matters (like, a lot).

Getting Started
- Participate in one of the Health Flex, Who's Next events on 9/30
- Consider making an appointment for a well-check-up at Student Health Services
- Stop by Owls Care to pick up a snack
- Sign up for a fitness class at the Rec or relax by the pool
- Schedule a time to chill in the CAPS massage chairs
- Check out the Welltrack Boost App - Download the Boost app and register with your Florida Atlantic email address
- Resilience Skills for Everyday Thriving (37 minutes)
Challenging times and pain are a natural part of being human. Explore what you can do to embrace challenges as they come up and build resilience skills to support you in handling future obstacles. - Zen Room (5-10 minutes)
Go to the Zen Room tool and follow along with a meditation of your choice. Don't forget to add your favorite relaxing ambiance sound! - Track your mood

- Event: 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Mindful Eating Hoot: 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Ice Cream with CAPS/Flu Shot Clinic/DOS Build a Meal
- Healthy Lifestyle Hoot: 1-3:30 p.m., on the Breezeway
Campus Rec
- Mindful Movement Hoot: 3-6 p.m.
Offices in Student Services (Bldg. SS8) are located on the 2nd floor of the Breezeway, above Starbucks.
