We’re excited to welcome all Owls to Campus!

Starting college is an exciting and sometimes overwhelming experience.

Remember, it’s okay to feel a bit nervous. Take things one step at a time, and you’ll find your rhythm. Good luck, and enjoy your college journey! 🎓😊

Here are some tips to help you take a deep breath and get started on the right foot:

    Practice Mindfulness
    Spend a few minutes each day focusing on your breath. Apps like Headspace or Calm can guide you through mindfulness exercises.

    Deep Breathing Exercises
    Try the 4-7-8 technique: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds. This can help reduce anxiety and improve focus.

    Get Organized
    Use a planner or digital calendar to keep track of classes, assignments, and social events. Staying organized can reduce stress and help you manage your time effectively.

    Familiarize yourself with the campus, meet new people, and learn about available resources.

Where can I get mine?

  • Boca Raton Campus
    If you live on-campus, check with your front desk for a pack!
    If you live off campus, get your pack by visiting us at the Schmidt Family Complex in suite 158-A to get yours!
  • Jupiter Campus
    Available in residence halls and for pickup in the Burrow.
  • Davie Campus
    Available at the Welcome Back Bashes
