Coaches Radio Show Tuesday at Duffy's
BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic Coaches Show, presented by Duffy's Sports Grill, will have its final airing of the 2024-25 season on Tuesday, April 8, from 6-7 p.m. at the Duffy's Sports Grill on St. Andrew's Boulevard in Boca Raton.
The show will feature four coaches, a blend of new and veteran FAU program leaders. The voice of the Owls' football and men's basketball team, Ken LaVicka, will serve as the host. LaVicka will welcome newcomers Hagerty Family Head Football Coach Zach Kittley and newly-hired Head Women's Basketball Coach LeAnn Freeland to the show. LaVicka also will welcome back Head Beach Volleyball Coach Steve Grotowski and Head Baseball Coach John McCormack.
Both Kittley and Freeland will have the opportunity to lay out their plans for 2025-26. The show will also highlight the successes of No. 15 beach volleyball and Grotowski's surpassing of 50 career wins as a head coach, as well as the baseball team, where McCormack will lead the Owls in their second 2025 American Athletic Conference home series and are a part of three of the 12 home contests hosted by FAU from April 11-13.
