Beginning Monday, December 4 through Friday, December 22, FAU Student Health Services will offer free influenza vaccines for faculty/staff on the Boca Raton campus daily from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. and 2:00-4:00 p.m.  Please check in at the Student Health Services clinic front desk in Building 8W, room 240.
 
No appointment is necessary; however, if you are able, please call us at 561-297-3512 to let us know you are on your way. Please bring your Owl Card and insurance card.
 
SHS is happy to be able to provide flu vaccines to spouses, partners, or dependents (16+ years of age) of FAU faculty and staff.  Spouses, partners, and dependents must provide an ID card for an insurance plan accepted by FAU Student Health Services.  See accepted insurances list at https://www.fau.edu/shs/accepted-insurances/.  Minor dependents must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
 
Faculty and staff on the Jupiter and Davie campuses can contact their campus Student Health Services clinic to arrange an appointment for their flu vaccine.
