October is recognized nationally as Domestic Violence (DV) Awareness Month. FAU is hosting events across all 6 campuses Oct. 9 – 13.
Monday, October 9, FAU is asking for everyone to wear PURPLE! If you wear purple and have a social media account for your area, please post on social media using the hashtag: #owlbethereforyoufau and tag @fauowlscare to show support!
Diapers and wipes will be collected throughout the week to donate to the local Domestic Violence Shelters in Palm Beach and Broward County. Donation boxes can be found across all campuses.
