Lynn College of Nursing’s Initiative for Intentional Health is offering FREE weekly wellness sessions on many Healing Modalities and Mindfulness Tools to Florida Atlantic’s faculty, staff & students? The sessions cover a variety of topics in Meditation, Breathwork, EFT Tapping, Yoga, Energy Healing, Manifestation Techniques, Sound Therapy, Journaling, Chakra Balancing, and much more.
