OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. Feb 22 from 12:01AM to 7:00AM
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 02/22/2024 from 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
Banner Maintenance
Description of change: OIT will be performing maintenance on Banner from 1am. until 7:00 a.m. on February 22nd. Banner will not be available during this time to allow the Ellucian support team to install the updates.

Research Computing Health Frevvo Maintenance
Description of change: Research Computing will be performing system maintenance of the Health Frevvo file connector. During this time saving forms to \health.ad.fau.edu will be offline

Description of change: Networking will be upgrading a switch in building 96.

- [RESOLVED] Banner Admin IssuesWe are experiencing issues with Banner Admin currently. The forms are not being loaded. We are looking at the issue now.
- [RESOLVED] Zoom: Multiple ServicesYesterday’s service degradation appears to have been mitigated, although Zoom is still reporting sluggishness with Zoom Whiteboards.
- [RESOLVED] Zoom Cloud Recording Processing DelaysZoom has resolved the issue, and the older recordings are now processing successfully.
