OIT Systems Maintenance, June 12, 13, & 15 from 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM
Office of Information Technology will be performing systems maintenance and updates on June 12, 13, and 15 from 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. The following systems will be specifically impacted:
Disable Microsoft Recall Features on University Owned Devices
Description of change: OIT will be implementing proactive changes on Wednesday June 12th to disable Microsoft Copilot+ Recall features on newer systems in order to protect sensitive university and personal information.

Affected services: No end user services are impacted by this change
End-user impact: There should be no end user impact at the time the changes are applied. When Copilot+ systems are released at the end of the month, such systems will have the Recall feature disabled when joined to AD or Enrolled in Intune.
Data Center Storage Upgrade (Netapp Production Cluster)
Description of change: OIT will perform software upgrades to the Netapp Production Cluster

Process for loading post-secondary schools after admission apps have been loaded
Description of change: OIT will apply some changes to allow loading of schools after admission apps have been loaded. Also, some changes will be made for loading post-secondary schools. In addition, self-reported degree dates for post-secondary schools will no longer be loaded and a filter will be added to prevent loading fau school records into the transfer school table.

Network Maintenance – HBOI
Description of change: OIT will be performing network maintenance affecting the HBOI campus from 12:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m on Sunday June 9th. During this time, connectivity to services at HBOI and connectivity from HBOI to the internet will be disrupted for periods of time during the maintenance window.

Affected services: Access to the Internet and services located at HBOI will be down for HBOI during this switchover.
End-user impact: HBOI will lose connectivity during this time.
