We have identified a problem with the multi-factor authentication application when signing into FAU resources. We are working to resolve the issue.

Mediasite is aware of issues impacting video playback in the Video Cloud environment. Mitigation steps have been taken, and there has been no occurrence of the issue over the past several hours. Playback is currently functioning normally at this time.

Yesterday’s service degradation appears to have been mitigated, although Zoom is still reporting sluggishness with Zoom Whiteboards.

Zoom has resolved the issue, and the older recordings are now processing successfully.

Zoom has identified service degradation over multiple services and is working on a resolution.
